What is an international Fax?
Essentially an international fax doesn't exist to Abacus. No matter from where you send your fax:
You will always be forwarded to our international fax server if you use email or fill out our form. As a result
it is completely irrelevant whether you send a fax from the USA, Germany or even China. The only thing that
is important is the rate of the country you're sending the message to.
These rates can be found on our
'rates' page. Due to the fact that we are specialised in the German market there are some restrictions for
faxes that are not sent to Germany.
At this point in time we can only accept the following file formats for international destinations:

| TXT | PS |
This means you can only send email-attachments with the above mentioned file extensions or text (no HTML!)
to international destinations.
It is once more recommended to use our printer and fax drivers to be able to send a Fax directly from
most windows programs.
Fax broadcasting (mass-faxing) outside Germany is only possible after contacting our support team.
The limitations described above are subject to change until the level of service provided
Internationally matches the one we offer in Germany.
